The absolving of Ebtec 3 days before administration without reason? is imo a highly questionable action that leads to no benefit to shareholders. Was this vote / action in the best interests of shareholders ?

The plant failed and someone is responsible. The plant was garaunteed. So either Kalium gave them material that was not suitable or the plant just simple was set up wrong or a combination of both ? basically someone fcked up and no one is putting up their hand.
