I havent kept tabs here much but i could have sworn i came across a class action somewhere, should we be joining it, has anyone here joined so far and if not why not?
Ive got a pretty significant amount in this stock so if its a good idea, i will probably join.

Also, if we get delisted how in the hell do we write this off on tax lol. If we cant find a buyer for our shares off market are we just screwed and cant write it off or do we just have to wait until they go bust and then can claim?
