    wonderfull, so share holders take $100 out of one pocket, pay $60 to IMF for thier time, and then put the remaining $40 back in their other pocket. That sounds like a brilliant idea...

    Does anyone know who IMF specifically plan to sue? is it the company, or is it the management as indeviduals?
