    I reckon dont worry about it, just bad luck. Dont know much about the legal stuff, but I reckon if you are trying to get money off OZL for ur damage, its going to waste so much of ur time and at the end of the day you will be stressed maybe even lose more money. So just leave the $#%! and forget it about it.
