There isn't much to disagree with in your reply.
But a total despair is a bit further than some may think.
I posted this compensation case mainly to illustrate that sheer physical sympathy for tragic nature of the cause of that compensation action has a better chance to succeed through our skewed judiciary system.
Financial Loss Victims appear to be shafted down the "sympathy" ladder of
our discriminating judiciary.

Let us simply hope that there is some truth to the old adage:
"It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings".
