    The CTFC's current record-breaking investigation into the shorting of Silver contracts on the COMEX could end up being an avenue of redress for Macmin shareholders.

    If the case ends up being proven and the blatant manipulation of Silver is found, one might say it is a reasonable assumption that class action by Macmin shareholders against the current suspects to recover lost investments due to the artificial and fraudulent suppression of the Silver price, could be an effective way to recoup losses.
