Doesn't this all go against the grain of being in business at all. The mantras of maximize profits, charge the highest price the market can bear. Makes you think why is AMP in business at all. Close it down, sell it off. Its a losing battle with all of the regulation, being too fair to clients, and work for free to clients to keep them happy. It's up to clients to make their decisions.
