any class action is a win for lawyers. If it getting financed though I assume it has a check with taking on matters. Would still prefer to see Maurice Blackburn take it up given its history here. Give Slaters is looking guilty for non disclosures in its class action against it feel wary about Slaters!


Courts do not like interfering with the normal course of business efficacy. It WAS a strategically important K BUT the fact the Nestle subsequently chose proactive over new product is sad but normal business for large corporations. The fact that the relationship may bear fruit with any successful trials is good.

Obviously lawyers would argue back to this that the value of the shares did not just depend on sales of oil here but to the assurance of sales of the semi medical uses of the oil by a well known company capable of great potential marketing leverage.


I think the whole set of claims may expand though if FW does not follow through.
