I personally believe the China non disclosure is actually far more significant. Every month or two, I would buy more (TFC) and it was my biggest holding, and got bigger and bigger. So each time I would check all the company's material again to ensure I was confident. A big Chinese buyer, paying cash in advance every month made it seem like a no brainer.
To me, the fact that this "contract" ceased without disclosure to market is more damaging that Galderma, but as Warren Buffett says, there is rarely just one cockroach in the kitchen!
