Is there some way that these people can be held accountable for their actions? Surely it can't be legal to take a shelf company established 5 weeks ago , set up a class action which is not legit then advertise it on a public forum where vulnerable people will put their money at risk.
Surely they have to be held to account and hopefully charged with the offences it appears they are committing and then thrown into jail with a bit of luck. Perhaps some of our posters with a background in law can enlighten us. Great to get some opinions, thanks
