Well said Hilltribe. There have been too many on this forum watching old re-runs of The Castle to believe a class action would have the legs to get past the preliminary Mentions. Do they think they have any chance of success without ASX support? The conversation is unsubstantiated and would lack support if put to a vote of Investors. Such action would cut this off before it had the chance to get before a Court, end of story.
Many serious investors in AVZ have attended the Roadshows and explored many different lines of questioning with Nigel and other members of the Executive team. I am more than comfortable with explanations provided during the evening and the legal process our company is undertaking to confirm our ownership stake. More importantly, the announcements coming out from our Executive team are carefully worded and scrutinised by our legal team to not give any substance that would jeopardise our case for the ML. Our team on the ground in the DRC is also working very hard to lobby and fully brief the Ministers and the President to point out the corrupt and misleading dialogue being produced by the Chinese and promoted by the actions of corrupt Ministers in the DRC.
The New Year will be a new dawn for AVZ as the President moves to grant our ML and start his campaign to lead the people of the DRC to a brighter future backed by the US. IMO The recent heavy fire from detractors trying to mislead and cause unnecessary anxiety to investors of a price crash will soon learn their fate when news of the ML filters out of the DRC. IMO Institutional investors from all over the globe will be lining up to invest in AVZ. That's an outcome you can safely bet on against any class action.
