    That's no true the S P went to a $1.30 now locked in at 78 cents
    With OMT a lot lower now,also when we open the S P could take a pounding.....?
    Management credibility has been tarnished over this dilemma, and if no M L AVZ will be worth ZERO
    So value without this M L is ZERO ATM.....?
