This is noise & the least of our worries. There's only one transaction that matters for AVZ - getting that elusive ML. Our future depends on it. Everything else is window dressing. Yes, I'm stating the obvious but sometimes we just need to remind ourselves of the real & only game in town. A comment about class actions - they generally take years & what monetary damages will they be seeking? I doubt AVZ management will be losing any sleep over this - all they can do is sit back, see how it plays out & respond accordingly.
