If I were thinking of investing my hard earned, I'd be doing some serious research into what CLASS has that eSuper does not. And how does a cloud based service sustain 'high profit margins'? The Cloud is a race to the bottom, and the winners will have volume.

It is very difficult to unseat the incumbent with a substantial market share and years of goodwill. Take a look at http://www.mclowd.com/ a zero cost admin service, and hardy known despite 2 years of aggressive social media promotion.

The answer will be if you use their software and ask their clients. Why they still use CLASS, while there are others which are cheaper.

In the end, the IPO result will all depend on what people perceive what competitive advantage and prospect they have in the future. Fair enough
