The guy is a proven performer and the revenue is growing at an alarmingly rapid speed. 90000 Billable Clients and at a PE of 32 or so. In this market I believe its too expensive even though it is run by Barry etc. If you type www.class.com.au

Raising up to $10 Mil at $1 a pop and selling down around $20 Mils. Valued around $120 Mil or so Listing on 16th Dec I think.
