Really appreciate you finding and posting this. I rechecked their website this morning to see if they had the new prospectus online. I had submitted 2 applications and was thinking of paying immediately (I am still not clear on whether this makes a difference). However I will simply not pay up now and let it go to market.

I honestly believe that management may have kne wthis was going to occur and were probably hoping that it would not be announced until post floating date. No wonder no shares were escrowed. I do not like at all the way this is heading.
