Easy to fix.... have tickybox's...after all we are a democracy (i think?)...as thin as ink on paper as that seems these days.
when paying tax you pay 10% more if you regulate which treasury ' holding tank' your hard done for tax dollar ends up and is earmarked for......a certain amount will be non discretionary but after that you pay 10% more of this portion if you elect a ticky box or ticky box's choice.
Government would also for the first EVER in living history have a true unbiased understanding of what is actually important to a real democratic society.
