Agreed.
Takeover targets usually trade at a premium when the markets thinks a deal will get done.
The first offer will be followed by another by a different suitor before the serious and final offer comes in.
In this case the market knows the major players will never sell at this lowball price and why should they?
Opportunistic by the chinese and doomed to failure.
Trple bottom on the cards.
