    Let's see what the chart ACTUALLY says.

    We have strong support on 1.7c, and trending overhead resistance currently at about the 2.4c mark. Weekly stochastics have been oversold for quite some time, and the MACD signal histogram is showing some bullish divergence. Will need strong volume to break through either of the aforementioned support/resistance levels.
