Exactly. A fresh start means it is a completely different company... so the past is irrelevant now.

Nothing from the past is lingering and they have revamped the company,cleared out ALL management, Now have a mining operation with a completely different metal, and are even changing the name.

You cant get anymore away from the past than that if you tried...

History repeating would be a fluke as all variables have now changed...
