You are 100% right though the ASX and all of the other government bodies that is supposed to oversee this are toothless Tigers, they are a joke, this company has been trading insolvent for years and they’ve all allowed it to happen for as long as it did. Maybe the ATO will have a few more balls to do something about all of those involved in this scam.
