It can mean one or two things firstly buyers are not sure about whats ahead and are not interested in the waiting the required periods to enjoy the fruits
And secondly the sellers are crapping their pants an want out for the short term as market is reacting to volatile markets in the USA
Oh sorry there's a third scenario an that is long term holders dont give a damn what happens with the first two scenarios as they have already affirmed their decision to sit and wait and enjoy the bowls of fruit well into the future
