    It is just my opinion, and i guess the questions should be : "Why wouldnt the smart money take notice?"
    And yes, I picked up more at 31c. I think the traders are playing around with this today. I am as surprised as everyone else at the poor response today, but still have full confidence that the SP will rise - obviously. All IMO.
