CLZ are definitely in financial trouble IMO:
That is why they are desperately trying to raise capital via CN's.
If the CN's don't have enough interest they are KAPUT and only more desperate measures can be taken to get capital.
So if that occurs what would be worse than more than 50% of .001 (before consolidation)?
As that is what they are offering now off market because they are unable to interest shareholders or most creditors with any shares for payment or as a placement.
The next stage should be unraveling soon.
I wish CLZ would be more transparent with their operations but they are experts in selling glossy belly button fluff to unsuspecting shareholders.
Their actions with the CN's confirm they want to survive at any cost and do not consider they owe anything to existing shareholders.
