    If CN's are not converted then they remain a liability as they maintain face value of $25k if not redeemed.

    If CN's were purchased by a single entity/party they will become one of the BIGGEST creditors if CLZ became INSOLVENT.

    IMO: The CN's are a desperate measure for capital given the skewed benefit to the holder.
