The ASIC record for Still Capital did not identify a Financial Service License at time of writing.

IMO:

There would appear to be a substantive body of evidence which would warrant a formal investigation into the matters that have been identified in relation to individuals, entities and related parties. A comprehensive investigation would consider how social media platforms contributed to outcomes. For example, the extent to which moderation policies were applied and whether such application was i) lawful; ii) reasonable; iii) balanced; and iv) appropriate.

The summary posted by @Senseightynine presents a compelling story, and one that should be considered by either ASIC or the ACCC.
