For Newbies not up to speed. CLZ sold Kat Gap to Bain Global. Bain Global did a JV with Mega Resources to mine Kat Gap. Mega resources changed the name of Kat Gap to Rama Gold Project. Mega Resources have done a lot of work at Rama Gold Project as seen in recent photos and have Ore ready to process containing up to 24 grams per ton. Mega Resources have no way of processing this ore so parent company Bain Global want to do a JV with CLZ to process the ore at Goldbridge. So at the end of the day CLZ will be processing the ore from Kat Gap. This revenue will finance other projects. All this information is online (google It)
