its hilarious (maybe maybe not). every time a company raises cash at below the trading sp it inevitably always falls back to that price or usually lower. every single stock i have ever watched or owned has done this. and every time i think to myself "oh it looks different this time". and then bang. sell down to at or below the cr price. classic. every single time.
but if the company raises cash at a price higher than the trading sp every single stock i have ever watched or owned doesn't climb to that price. every single time.
one thing ive learnt is that if you take yourself too seriously in this game and the game of life for that matter you will spend your days miserable.
