Yes they got their placement cheaper but what was the choice, a strategic investor such as Huayou who provide the financial security and are invested in the success of the project and adds value to the money it invests with its contacts, experience, and knowledge in the Chinese market and thereby brightening the every holders prospects for additional investment and success or offering placement with soph investors who add 0 value to the project and would sell at first opportunity on good or bad news thereby destroying sp value. Your argument is weak, not well thought and so shortsighted.
