Past history suggests GRM will negotiate with the local council for years while draining the bank account. If so, I wonder if management will look after shareholders like Ruane (free oppies etc.) when they have to raise funds
Then again maybe the NT guys just didn't like RWD and will be willing to deal with GRM. I'm sure GRM will have to pay handsomely for that deal
