This latest capital raise and consolidation is an attempt to massively dilute the value of the shares of all existing holders. It represents a back door off market takeover of company interests. I imagine the holders of 4 million dollars of secured loans wouldn't be too happy about it , unless they were to be paid out .Send your complaints about how the company is treating existing holders to ASX Operations in Perth.
