Seriously, think about it, who is going to BENEFIT with this, certainly NOT the shareholders!
The offer (if it happens) is not for them is it?
Existing shareholders will be f'ed after more dilution and consolidation.
Just confirms what I have said, ANY capital raising is going to be to the detriment of existing shareholders!
I would even look until after or if their finances improve and if their resources are more reliable.
Definitely not a BUY!
