The email is potentially misleading. It alludes to risk position yet doesn't cover the CR, current (read: horrid) cash position or whether the tenement and targets cover the same rock types hosting SIR. I'll be re-reading maps tonight and then consider writing to the ASX/ASIC alerting them to the content of the email.
