This is the oil patch, no JORC, just cowboys and JVs.
However in this case imo it is ROC and AWE which are the villians. Seen ARQ stuff up, seen them get a little too optimistic too early, but can't recall getting bs'd by them. Very professional imho, but you can act as you wish.
