bottom line is, if CNP was insolvent you couldnt get a lawyer to represent you...

myself and some other shareholders tried to get advice in taking action against QTK for lack of disclosure over their supposed $380 million contract in China that failed to deliver 1c.

lawyers wouldnt take it on because they knew getting $$$ out of QTK would be like trying to get blood out of a stone.

on the other hand lawyers recognise that CNP have some very meaty assets, hence there is something to go after.

in some ways it is an encouraging sign that CNP are being pursued.

Onetel and HIH class actions failed to see $1 returned to the pockets of shareholders as far as i know, the only belated action was that both Williams, Adler and Co ended up spending time in the big house.
