Imperial, Slater and Gordon are experts at class actions. They wouldn't go into this lightly just for the convenience of losing mullions. They obviously believe they have a good chance of extracting something out of CNP. It may take years, true. Litigation is a sidenote for sure, the major issue for now is keeping the banks at bay.
Daytraders term is used loosely. Day traders equals short-term traders. Personally I think it's silly to sell a stock at the end of the day regardless of circumstances. Maybe they're selling their stock today. Who else would be moving this stock around at the moment? Yep, daytraders.
