If this makes anyone feel better... I was one of the stupid ones who bought ICI @ 20cents based on some bad advice. I then doubled down when it dropped to 10 cents. Now its sitting at 6.9 cents and I am considering doubling down again to lower my dollar average. Although just not confident that we will see 15 cents anytime soon. Doesnt seem to be any stable revenue.
