These questions weren't answered in the marketing and announcement materials released. Have to say I'm very disappointed in company management for making the arrangements they have.
The only time I've seen such concessions is when you're a forced/determined seller of the business e.g. when the State Government sold off the State Bank and had made promises about its obligations.
If baiyin's really buying for these good prospects then why has this extra guarantee been provided, on top of the super cheap shares, and guaranteed control?
