in last nights announcement gtm said they are going to court to get an order for strata to provide documents (discovery) regarding the clawback agreement.......
this tells me that strata do not want to provide anything that may prejudice there side of the story....
well they are going to have to!
which means in the end that strata may in fact have not have a leg to stand on regarding this matter.....
its looking good for gtm in my opinion......
and if they win it has already been estimated that the known resources will add about 5.8 cents to the shareprice of gtm.....
this may be the ace in the deck that saves them and it would certainly influence any investor!
