It is a put up or shut up date which is good and although it is not a settlement of the issue it will be hard for Strata to introduce documents at a later stage that they don't present now. GTM are on the front foot pushing the issue and Strata are obviously dragging their feet. If Strata had conclusive valid documents they would have GTM over a barrel, would have presented them in mediation got a good settlement and they obviously didn't. Stratas challenge for securing costs will backfire and will ensure GTM drive a hard deal I hope and all costs which we know Strata can't afford if this drags on. Anly assett GTM wants is a bigger % to negate the costs debt.
Now how fast can the Strata land be brought into production post settlement as GTM is obviously desperate to keep mill at capacity??
