Clawback

I am becoming extremely doubt full that this will come out of suspension. If this fails and goes into administration, i would hope we all find out how it failed, and who made the decisions that lead to the failure. If Directors and consultants are ultimately responsible can we claw back our losses, or their payments. A lot of money has been raised, commissions paid, contractors paid, consultants paid and Directors paid based on a plan we have not seen. Now we have very little gold produced and still more debt. I believe all our equity is at risk by debt, something we did not agree too!

We need to understand what the plan was and why it failed. We paid for it with all our money. Where did it all go, who wins out of this, or have they already won ?
