    This is clearly a tech acquisition which already has legs and is running - they've already got a product development agreement in place. I daresay we will have solid newsflow and updates on signings in the short term.

    This is what will drive the MC up to 100m - one or 2 good updates, and we will be there.

    A 100mc is around 5-6c.
