I believe you would find a conversation with M. Clay very beneficial. He certainly has his feet on the ground and doesn't talk pie in the sky stuff. He is a realist and in our view extremely articulate and efficient.
He was quite open that he was not buying and selling atm.
If you could meet the man I am sure you would be impressed, a phone conversation could be the next best thing. Obviously Infoseeker was impressed and I think
he is rather a conservative and cautious guy, just my impression.
