This stock has gone from ~12c to 43c in <3 months.

If you are getting nervous, then you need to analyse your own circumstances and work from there.

Many have previously said things such as taking a profit, locking in some profits (etc).

But most significantly, your reference to "life savings" suggests a sizeable investment (anything from $20-50,000, or more).

Assuming, however, $20,000, bought 3 months back @~12c. With the share price hitting 43c this morning (and assuming that you had sold at that time), then your gain would have been ~$52,000 (less, brokerage), for a gross value of ~$72,000.

At $50,000, the gain would have been $129,000 (less brokerage), on a gross return of $179,000.

So, in addition to anything else, you also have some tax considerations to bear in mind. On these, you should consult your accountant.

As for SEN, itself, @43c, the Company has ~337M issued shares, ~118M SENOA, and ~33M other options.

That's 488M, fully diluted.

The current market cap (exc SENOA and OTH options) is $145M (@43c), or $131M (@39c).

Fully diluted, MC is $210M (@43c), or $190M (@39c).

On 29/9, SEN stated its FY05 guidance at >$7.0M EBIT on >$25M in earnings. Operating margin was stated as >25%.

On 28/10, SEN had changed this to reflect "earnings above $7.0M" (all other factors, concerning revenue and OPM unchanged).

On the basis of SEN being a tax paying entity, $7.0M FY05 EBIT translates to $5.0M FY05 NPAT.

On a near current MC of $140M (exc SENOA + options), SEN is trading at 20x FY05 EBIT, or 28x FY05 NPAT.

Fully diluted, on a near MC of $200M, SEN is trading at ~28.6x FY05 EBIT, or 40x FY05 NPAT.

In my book, that's quite pricey. But, in yours, maybe not so.
