Given that Xanax was at the AGM on Friday he was somewhat underwhelmed with this announcement until he thought about it and read between the lines.
To me this is just clearing the decks for further announcements.
Given that the company is thinly traded and gets almost no press, the way forward to getting the share price up is to drip feed the market and get some press and broker coverage. So my current view is to average up.
The large smiles that brightened Fridays meeting are certainly not reflected in this announcement.
