When you can buy 10% of stock back without shareholder approval (cira 17.0 m) why does the Board announce a 5.0 m buyback??? The stock clearly needs support , the discount has blown out due to very poor performance, highly questionable decision to (payout?) OC and Geoff Wilson undertaking a competitive raising.
