Wellington director jenny hutson said she made the transfer to save about $600,000 a year in costs and give unitholders direct control over the real estate assets.She was disappointed with the ruling " because she thought she had the power to do it " ( What a load of bull manure ! ) I wonder how long she had to think for that one!
