    I think you need to be looking at more recent news.

    They have overcome the volatility problems, with a special latticing arrangement which occurs at specific temperatures / conditions. Apparently the Chinese developed the material in the first instance, and one of the Aussie unis took it from there. It was on the ABC news a couple of weeks ago. The chinese have an interest in the project.
