Advertising start-up hopes new chief will spark confidence.

Shares in tabletop advertising group Creatable Media have been more than halved from a high of 21.5c shortly after listing last year but clearly the company is hoping this weeks board restructure will turn things around. One dissapointment has been the companys reluctance to offer any financial forecasts, implying it lacks the confidence in its outlook. But Creatable floated as a virtual start-up and the prospectus was clearly labelled speculative, so investors knew what they were getting into.
Despite some talk that former solution 6 and Star City boss Neil Gamble has been lined up for the job, the company has appointed Carl Olsen, the founding chief executiveof Toys R Us Australasia, to chair the company and replace former Merrill Lynch Australia boss Greg Bundy. Bundy is concentrating on the company's US operations (Creatable has a relationship with Westfield's US malls)
