The next executive meeting is to be held on 8-9th August. This will be a defining moment for TNG as (I am assuming) the permit will be granted and we are off to the race backing Winx.
If there is more radio silence then I will assume that the draw down water issue has not be completed or there are other major issues. I don't think that the CLC is drawing out the permitting to gain more royalties, they want their concerns addressed in full and TNG needs to adhere to these concerns.
The ball is in PB's court. Lets see how diligent he actually has been!
